Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods or special releases, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location.

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered. If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly.
